Director of Advertising Sales

Predictify is seeking a highly organized, driven and visionary sales director to drive the adoption of a new, innovative form of interactive online advertising. This is a high-intensity, relationship-building role that requires deep industry expertise, proven sales ability, a keen focus on closing deals and a broad base of industry contacts. You must be able to understand and anticipate how decisions are made, and you must consistently uncover the business needs of your key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate the advertising industry about a new, innovative form of online advertising
  • Close revenue deals with major advertiser and agency accounts
  • Research and segment markets to identify appropriate prospects such as direct advertisers, marketing and advertising agencies and ad networks
  • Sustain customer relationships to ensure ongoing and increasing value to each party
  • Be an evangelist for Predictify in all interactions with customers, partners, and the media

Requirements:

  • 8+ years online advertising experience incorporating an innovative online platform
  • Proven sales and relationship skills backed by a portfolio of results
  • Vast network of relationships and contacts with online advertisers, networks and agencies
  • Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Agile, flexible and hungry – eager to embrace the ambiguity of a startup environment
  • Undergraduate degree from a leading university
  • Highly organized and results-oriented
